Welcome to Utility Training Consultants, where expertise meets passion and dedication. We are Brad and Shayla Dozier, the proud owners of UTC. 

Married in 2012 and residing in the beautiful state of Kentucky, we bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our company. 

Brad's journey spans over a decade in the electrical industry, honing his skills both in the field and as a trusted classroom instructor, where he has trained countless individuals to excel in their craft. He completed The American Line Builders Apprenticeship Program, where he later returned to instruct and help manage the largest Outside Apprenticeship in the Nation. Brad remains a proud Journeyman Lineman through IBEW Local 369 and holds an extensive list of certifications. 

Shayla's adventurous spirit has taken her on many journeys, including days spent chasing Brad in a bucket truck, embracing the challenges and joys of the industry alongside him.
