EICA Crane and Digger Derrick Certification

ANSI accredited certification that covers Rotating Cab Crane, Stationary Cab Crane and Digger Derrick. We handle all administrative efforts for client including written exam preparation, getting client's site approved as an EICA test site and administering practical exams at client's location. Certification is good for 5 years.

NCCCO Crane Certification

ANSI accredited certification where we offer Rotating Cab Crane and Stationary Cab Crane. We handle all administrative efforts for client including written exam preparation, getting client's site approved as an NCCCO test site and administering practical exams at client's location. Certification is good for 5 years.

NCCCO Rigger Certification

ANSI accredited certification where we offer NCCCO Rigger level 1 and 2 certification. We handle all administrative efforts for our clients including written exam preparation, getting client's site approved as an NCCCO test site and administering practical exams at client's location. Certification is good for 5 years.

NCCCO Signalperson Certification

ANSI accredited certification where we offer NCCCO Signalperson certification. We handle all administrative efforts for our clients including written exam preparation, getting client's site approved as an NCCCO test site and administering practical exams at client's location. Certification is good for 5 years.

National Cable Splicing Certification (NCSCB) Preparation

We provide written and practical exam preparation for the National Cable Splicing Certification for both the hand applied tape splice certification and manufactured kit splice certification. Our NCSCB prep course is designed for individuals with at least 2 years of related work experience. The NCSCB certification is good for 7 years.

Hand Applied Tape Splice Training for Medium Voltage Cable

This 32 hour course provides both hands on and classroom training on how to properly perform hand applied tape splices, terminations and tee splices. This training reviews many theory areas that will benefit all those doing medium voltage work and prepare those who will take the National Cable Splicing Certification Board (NCSCB) written a examination. This course is designed for individuals that are planning to take the NCSCB Hand Applied Certification and need extra training time in this area.

Manufactured Kit Training for Medium Voltage Cable

This 32 hour course provides both hands on and classroom training on how to properly apply various manufactured splicing kits used in the field today. This course is designed for individuals that will be taking the NCSCB manufactured kit certification and need extra training time in this area.

Crane or Digger Derrick Familiarization

This course is designed for individuals seeking Crane or Digger Derrick Certification that want to become more familiar with the equipment they will be tested on. Course length will vary depending on client needs. 

Heavy Equipment Familiarization

This course is designed for individuals that want to become more familiar with the equipment they will be using in the field. Equipment such as Bucket Truck, Backhoe, Skid Steer, Excavator, Forklift , Dozer, Backyard Machine and various other pieces used in the utility industry today. Course length will vary depending on client needs. 

OSHA 10 ET&D

 This course is two days in length and covers the following topics:

  • Lifting and Rigging

  • Fall Protection for the Electrical Industry

OSHA 20 ET&D Leadership Course

This course is three days in length and is designed for General Foreman, Supervisors, Foreman, lead personnel or any person designated with the responsibility to implement and manage a safety and health program or system. This course covers the following topics:

Rough Terrain Forklift Training Course

This course is 8 hours in length and is designed for anyone needing to become qualified or more familiar with the operation of a Telehandler. Topics covered:

Mobile Elevating Work Platform Training Course

This course is 8 hours in length and is designed for anyone needing to become qualified or more familiar with the operation of a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (Man-Lift).

Fall Protection & Rescue Training

This course varies in length and is designed for anyone needing to become more proficient in using fall protection, climbing and performing rescues in various scenarios.

Topics that can be covered:


  • Wood pole climbing and rescue 
  • Steel structure climbing and rescue
  • Bucket truck or aerial lift rescue
  • Man hole/ confined space training and rescue

Hot Stick Training & Familiarization

This course is a minimum of 16 hours in length and is designed for anyone needing to become more proficient in using fiberglass hot sticks when working on high voltage circuits and equipment.

Topics to be covered:


  • Minimum Approach Distances
  • Safety when working on or around high voltage circuits
  • Proper Inspection of Fiberglass sticks and tools
  • Utilizing hot sticks from wood or steel structures
  • Utilizing hot sticks wen working in aerial lift equipment

IMSA/IPSI Traffic Signal Certifications

We currently offer 4 types of traffic signal certifications. Each are a minimum of 16 hours in length. IPSI/IMSA certifications are recognized nationwide.
